I won’t put a bunch of pictures here – that’s what facebook is for, right? Besides my band, Children, came long before computers, so there really isn’t much in the way of photos from any of the shows… it was a different world back then, so you’ll just have to take my word on it- we had fun!

This is my family at Easter in 1953. I asked my mom what was the deal with ME? Everyone else looks so great for church and I look ready for HeeHaw! Mom politely said, “You were a handful. Not in a bad way, but I couldn’t get you to be still. Finally your Dad said, ‘to hell with it, just throw something on him and let’s go’” I guess even then the signs were clear that I was destined for a life in Nashville, Tennessee. HeeHaw!

I worked at Hatch Show Print for a bit and some of the great artists showed me how to carve pictures. I’m nowhere near the artist those folks are, but I have learned to use what talent I have and incorporate it into some fun art. Some have lyrics from songs I have written. Enjoy
